Pumpkin Rosemary Pie!

How odd. Pumpkin. Rosemary. Together. In a pie…??🥧

Yes.😁

It was a bit of a crazy, overwhelming day and all I wanted to do was work my culinary art and skill in the kitchen and have dessert without cheating. So this is what I came up with🤫!

Ingredients
– 3/4 cup hemp seeds
– 2 cups full fat coconut milk🥥
– 1 – 15oz can pumpkin
– 1/2 cup honey or 1/3 cup powdered erythritol
– 1/6 tsp ground cloves
– 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp ginger
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1 tsp rosemary🌱
– 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
1. Mix hemp seeds and coconut milk together with pumpkin. Let sit for 2 hours to soften hemp seeds.
2. Add honey, spices, herb, vanilla, and salt.
3. Bake in crust of choice at 325 for 45 minutes.
4. Allow to sit and cool. Chill in refrigerator.
5. Enjoy!😋
