I enjoy food from growing it through to eating it (don’t we all?), but sometimes I just need a break⛱. And oftentimes I simply don’t have enough time after my morning routine. I end up rushing out the door without enough time to sit and digest! It can be quite stressful, honestly.

How is your body supposed to properly break down food if you miss the first step? So, yes, I want you to literally move your smoothie around as if you were actually eating the food.
I would also focus on your meal: mindfulness😌. What I mean by this is to make aware to your entire body that you are eating. This greatly supports digestion and can prevent the eventual GI upset💩. Your stomach will thank you!
What I love about smoothies is their variability🍓🫐🍌🌰🥜; no two smoothies are the same! Well … They don’t have to be.
The fruits, vegetables, liquid bases, nuts, seeds, powders, spices, herbs, … The opportunities are endless! You can even create a smoothie that’s healthy and tastes like dessert. Do I have your attention yet💭?
