Chocolate Coconut Paleo Smoothie

Have you ever been on a diet and simply wanted a cheat without feeling the negative effects after? You just want to eat a food that will feed your soul rather than another carrot stick or fruit salad (gosh because how boring sometimes!)

One of the things I love to do is create food that does just this.

One of my favorite treats is my peanut butter, chocolate, coconut smoothie. It is very simple, requires little work, and provides immediate satisfaction.

Ingredients
1. 1 can coconut milk
2. 1/2 cup natural, no sugar added peanut butter
3. 1 Tbsp cacao powder
4. 1 banana
5. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
6. 1 tsp vanilla extract

All you need to do is mix in a blender and enjoy! If it is too thick for you, add extra coconut milk or water. You may need to add an extra banana to help the flavor.
