It’s a real thing and most of us have it. (Seriously, just Google it. It’s also called intestinal permeability).

What happens is the food that we eat is supposed to stay ‘outside the body’ (never enter our bloodstream), but some macromolecules end up in our bodies (in our bloodstream). Then our bodies see this as an invader and create antibodies against it.
BAM. Now you have food sensitivities.
You begin to avoid these foods because ‘they’re not good for you’, when in reality these are just some of the beginning signs of your body wanting and NEEDING help.
Avoiding foods is not the answer. It’s a way to help lower inflammation, but you’ve got to tackle the reasons behind it.
