Bloat…Small Intestinal Infections?

SIBO or SIFO?

Let’s talk a bit about the small intestines.

Sometimes we find ourselves in a chronic state of bloat and no matter what we do, we can’t seem to kick it. (Oh and don’t forget the constipation or diarrhea that come along with it!)

Typically when I see this, there are unwanted bugs in the small intestines (they’ve simply moved upstream from the large intestine).

It’s like a toilet: you want and NEED water in it, but don’t want water overflowing out of it. When this happens, there is an obvious problem!

Fungus or bacteria can work their way up to the small intestine and bring about bloating, pain, and other digestive upset.

Have you noticed bloat to be an ongoing symptom in your body?

It is NOT always SIBO/SIFO, but there is very likely a gut imbalance going on.

Have you thought about how you can address this issue?
